Shop Audit (Appraisals)
AUDIT (APPRAISALS) FOR VENDOR INCLUDING ISO AND OTHER STANDARDS
Qualified auditors would carry out audit and subsequent appraisal / surveillance in accordance with audit check lists, other applicable Quality Management System, relevant procedures and references including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, API, ASME, AISC and other applicablestandards required. Audit would be reported with the result including vendor QMS and subsequent workshop capabilities as below, however not limited to :
Example:
- Does the quality management system include?
- Does the quality system documentation include?
- Has a quality manual been established which includes?
- Is a document control system implemented?
- Is there a system for document control that includes?
- Are records legible, readily identifiable and retrievable?
- How has top management demonstrated commitment to the development and improvement of the quality management system?
- Has top management ensured that the quality policy?
- Are the quality objectives measurable and consistent with the quality policy?
- Do quality objectives include those needed to meet requirements for product and service?
